❤ ‘Your character here’ commission. Choose between ‘Base model’ or ‘Toy in Arms model’.
❤ Price: $90 AUD (approx. 61 USD depending on Etsy’s conversions)
❤ What’s included:
→ 1 .veadomini file
→ 5 .GIF files (for each expression's idle closed mouth: neutral, happy, angry, sad & sparkle)
→ 5 .PNG files for each expression's open mouth
→ 5 .PNG files for each expression's closed mouth

✨ Important Details ✨
• Due to pixel art nature, certain accessories may not fit and will not be included on the PNGtuber. For example: multiple necklaces will not fit (only 1 necklace may fit). A detailed necklace pendant will not fit and may be changed to be a simple pixel of color.
• The veadomini file requires you to use Veadotube Mini. Load the file in Veadotube Mini and setup hotkeys for the expressions. I do not provide a guide so only purchase if you are already familiar with Veadotube and OBS.
• Requests containing any of the following will be denied: NSFW, gore, highly sensitive/offensive themes.
• The final price is subject to change depending on how complex your character design is. Price adjustments are discussed if I accept your commission request.
⚠️ Terms of Service ⚠️
• The final price is in AUD and will be charged through my Etsy shop.
• Full payment upfront is required. I will not start working on your commission until full payment is received.
• Payments are final - NO refunds, cancellations or exchanges (Etsy’s digital product policy).
• I reserve the right to refund the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your commission for any reason.
• Commissions are non-commercial and personal use only. You will not own the commercial rights to the artwork - you cannot resell, edit, redistribute or use in merch. Reposting on social media with credit is fine (personal use).
• I maintain the copyright of all my artworks and I can use them on my social media sites to promote my work.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission if I feel I cannot fulfill your request or due to my schedule.
📝 How to Commission 📝
1. Be sure to read my ‘Terms of Service’ and ‘Important Details’ before submitting a request.2. When my commission status is OPEN, message me on Etsy with the details below.
- PNGtuber Commission Type: Base model OR Toy in Arms model
- References & info: attach image references of your character + toy (if you choose toy in arms model), colors etc
- Social media: any of your social media handles3. If I accept your commission, I will reply with any questions and details (E.g. if certain accessories will not fit & be removed). The final price is subject to change if your character design is complex (E.g. wings). Once I understand all the details and decide any price adjustments, I will let you know the final price. After you have confirmed you are happy with the final price, I will create a custom listing in my Etsy shop and send you the link for payment.4. After payment is received, I will start on your order. It will take me 3-5 days for the initial artwork. When the initial artwork is ready, I will send sample images in our Etsy message chat.
🚨 Reasonable revision requests may be made here - revisions cannot be outside of what was previously discussed for the final agreed price (in step 3). For e.g. you cannot change your character’s outfit entirely or ask for variations that you did not send any images or details for in step 3. If you insist on revisions outside of step 3, I will request you to pay additional charges before proceeding any further.5. Once you confirm you’re happy with the initial artwork, I will create the animated GIFs + 5 expressions + Veadotube file. Then on the Etsy order, I can upload the digital files and complete your order for you to download.
